Partial mash extract
Partial mash: ~2 pounds of punkin unkin; 1 lb Belgian Pilsen malt; 1 lb Six-row pale malt; 8 oz Belgian Caramel Pils; 8 oz Caramunich III; 4 oz Briess Caramel 20L
Boil: 9.15 lbs of Northern Brewer Gold LME; 1 pound of Belgian Candy Sugar (clear) @ 15 mins; 1 tablespoon Allspice, 1 tbsp Cinnamon, 2 teaspoons Cloves, 2 tsp ginger all @ 5 mins (optional 1 tsp Vanilla extract @ 5 mins; 2 tsp Gypsum @ boil)
Hops: 1 oz Perle @ 60 mins; 1 oz Saaz @ 15 mins; 1 oz Styrian Goldings @ 0 mins
Yeast: Trappist High Gravity OR Belgian Golden Ale
Stats: 1.090 OG, 1.013 FG, 14 SRM - copper to red/lt brown, 22 IBU, 10.0% ABV
